Privé is a subscription-based communication platform that enables users to connect with people worldwide through text chat, voice calls, video calls, group rooms, and stranger matching features.
The availability of specific features depends on your subscription tier. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
Privé offers the following subscription plans:
All payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorise Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to local taxes applied by Paddle at checkout.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion, without notice or refund.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate any account we believe to belong to a minor and to report violations to the appropriate authorities.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Service are owned by or licensed to Privé. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you post on the Service but grant Privé a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Please see our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Privé shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Privé in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable in your region.
